Only giving one star because I have to leave something. Please please please run far from State Farm. After weeks of dealing with storm damage, several contractors having our backs and all saying the same thing without evening knowing it. State Farm has been no help at all. They truly do not care. They’ll avoid calls, avoid emails and will not help you at all. This has already been an extremely hard time and they are doing the most to make sure it’s even harder. We have several friends with the same story as well.

I have had to call a few times due to a total loss car accident. Every person I have talked to sounds like they really enjoy helping people and their job. Thank you so much for making a very stressful time in my life so much easier. I'm so happy we switched back to State Farm and, more importantly, Elizabeth Gallery, Bartlesville location.
